About
Hi, I'm Wade.
I actually like this part: digging into how a business runs, finding the snag nobody's had time to look at, and fixing it.
AI automation is my specialty. I'm a self-taught builder: I've built and published many iPhone apps to the App Store, designed websites for local businesses for years, and now spend most of my building time putting AI to work on the boring parts of running a business.
Before that, I spent ten years in banking and fintech, working on the systems behind integrations, underwriting, compliance, accounting and reporting. It taught me to ask the right questions and to build things that don't break. Today I work in cybersecurity.
I'm also a licensed Florida real estate agent, and that's where a lot of my building happens. I've built real estate tech tools of my own: finding and scoring seller leads from public records, generating market reports automatically, and follow-up systems that keep agents in touch with every lead. It's the same kind of work I do for any business, tested on my own industry first.
